Joining McCann Zagreb marked the beginning of my career in digital marketing. This experience on global and national projects laid the foundation for my future path and professional development, showing me the world of new media, technologies, and innovations.
This campaign was a mini turning point in my career. I participated in strategy development, creative processes, and media planning. It was one of the first exclusively digital campaigns in Croatia and it won the IAB MIXX award for “Direct Response and Lead Generation” at the Ideja X festival in 2011.

Transitioning to the position of Online Media Manager was a significant moment on my path toward entrepreneurship. My task was to develop the online media business, strategically manage services, standardize processes, build a team, develop media strategies, and manage campaigns and budgets.
This campaign is especially dear to me because of the trust the client placed in us, granting freedom in creativity and media planning. The team, consisting of just two people alongside the client, won the IAB MIXX award for Best Media Strategy.
Joining DRAP marked a new step toward entrepreneurship. This pioneering agency provided me with a deep dive into advanced technologies and complex projects. Working on innovative projects brought many awards, including Cannes Lions and Golden Drum.
This campaign had the greatest global impact in my experience up to that point. Around the love story of two storks, my digital media team built a global community that followed the story via live stream and social media. The campaign won many awards, including the Grand Prix at Golden Drum and Bronze in Entertainment Branded Content & Visual Storytelling at Cannes Lion.

Entering entrepreneurship with Astarta Bit was a step into a new dimension of creation. The digital marketing agency evolved into a consulting boutique focused on human-centric business strategies and revenue operations projects.

Working on the YachtIN project introduced me to the world of luxury yachting. I started the podcast Klice Buntovnice with my friend Barbara Zec. It is an educational podcast in Croatian covering topics of design, marketing, and digital business. It is aimed at micro and small agricultural producers, as well as producers of food, cosmetics, and medicinal products. It aims to help grow their businesses. Listen at the link.
This project combines my passion for entrepreneurship, human-centric strategy, and phytotherapy. I am working on developing a phytotherapeutic product to alleviate perimenopausal symptoms. Through my own experience and learning about the body, I aim to create a dietary supplement that supports women during perimenopause and improves their daily lives.
